  Cartridge started smudging when it was less than 20% full. Had to purchase a replacement. Otherwise cartridge worked very well. If anything, the black type was as good as, if not, better than HP original.

  Service was excellent in terms of purchasing the product but having printed off some 500-600 pages, my printer is already telling me that I need to replace the cartridge. This is way short of the estimated 2500 page output listed. On that basis I can't recommend the product.

  I was not too sure about all these compatible laser toner as I bought a set from ebay and they were disastrous! However, I did a search on the internet and I found this company. The statement declared by the supplier saying they use them as well make me feel more confident with their product. Indeed I have made the right choice and there is no problem with the prints etc. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and I have already told my friends and family how good it is

  I can can certainly say that Cartridgesave do suply a cheaper HP cartridge, and after useing nine of them,they all seem to work ok. Delivery is always next day.

  Overall we've not had a lot of problems with this item, although we did have a bad one in the last batch. Generally worth the money though, and the odd hassle for exchanging a faulty toner is more than offset by the savings.
