Canon IR-6275i toner cartridges 

The Canon IR-6275i is designed for the most demanding workgroups that need an intelligent document management and processing system to streamline their workflow and increase productivity. The Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6275i mono laser printer features a highly customisable user panel and energy efficient mechanism for lower running costs, while the high paper capacity is excellent for bulk printing needs. However, the IR-6275i multifunction printer is an expensive machine.

Design

Running on 2GB of memory with a 1.8GHz processor, the Canon IR-6275i is a robust workgroup-friendly all-in-one machine measuring 645mm wide, 1220mm tall, and 770mm deep. It weighs approximately 234Kg with the additional duplex colour image reader unit, but it is possible to mount the entire device on a stand with wheels for easy mobility. The Canon IR-6275i black and white printer stands out with its 8.4-inch TFT colour touch screen display. Standard media handling for the IR-6275i includes two 550-sheet and two 1,500-sheet cassettes with a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray. The output bin can handle up to 3,500 sheets.

Advantages

It can print directly from memory cards and USB thumb drives. The Canon IR 6275i office printer is network-ready and the operator touch panel can be customised for an easier way to configure the functions. The maximum paper input capacity is up to 7,700 sheets, and there are extensive finishing options to help users save time. The Canon IR6275i printer is fast, with speeds of up to 75ppm, and boasts a duplexer and high-end security options to keep documents secure even if it is being shared by a workgroup.

Disadvantages

Price is among the setbacks in the Canon IR- ADV 6275i. Apart from the high initial cost, upgrading the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6275i with additional paper capacity, higher memory, and document handling extras is potentially pricey, too. Pictures may lose some of their detail when printed using the Canon IR-6275i laser printer.
