Lexmark E260 toner cartridges 

The Lexmark E260 is a powerful workgroup printer that can print in speeds of up to 35 pages per minute and will fit right in a busy business or a home office that requires high-volume black and white printing. This laser monochrome printer can produce a print in 6.5 seconds and can produce a resolution that is equal to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. This printer is also suitable for larger businesses that need rapid printing and great quality documents. A standard 400 MHz processor is joined with a 32 MB to easily process print information and manage queued print jobs.

Design

The Lexmark E260 toner printer comes in a two-toned design that is white and grey. It is compact and does not take up too much room on a counter. It can be easily placed anywhere with dimensions of 40.64 cm in width, 37.08 cm depth, and a height of only 25.90 cm. At a reasonable weight of 13.51 kg, the Lexmark E260 requires only one person to move it and can be easily transported without assistance. The printer can be connected using a USB port or a parallel connection. Media is handled by a 250 sheet input tray that is partnered with a single sheet manual input tray. The output bin can capture up to 150 sheets.

Advantages

The Lexmark E260 is able to enhance documents by using 2400 IQ technology which also replicates colours. This printer is also able to pump out a productive monthly duty cycle of up to 50,000 impressions with ease and is compatible with various Windows operating systems, Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows 7. Memory on this printer can be upgraded to 160 MB using the available memory expansion slot that is found the Lexmark E260. Lexmark E260 toner is also very efficient and will last up to 3,500 pages per cartridge.

Disadvantages

This printer is not set up to act as a print server and will not be able to print for computers that are linked. In addition, the Lexmark E260 toner printer does not come equipped with a scanner, copier, or fax machine. If printing in colour is a necessity, this printer may not be the right choice. However, it does offer speed and quality when it comes to printing in monochrome.
