    I've had several of these toners now and they work fine with good quality printing. The main problem I've found is that the chip does not seem to properly register the ink level with the result that it appears that there is say 38% toner left but then the ink runs out half way through printing and I've ended up wasting a lot of paper and other toner colours.I now have to keep a careful check while printing to make sure that everything is ok.

    We have not put it into use yet, getting the last bit out of the old one! Order was handled well and delivery next day which is excellent
