    I was very impressed at the speed of delivery and the price too but on this occasion it was not simply a matter of replacing the cartridges. My son had a fair bit of trouble getting the printer to print which I'm not sure has happened before. He had to do all sorts of trouble-shooting which would have stumped me. I wish this printer had a facility for 'not best quality' so that ink would last longer. Have to wait and see how quick ink is used up.
