  • 2-3tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 135g Soft Butter
  • 100g Mini Marshmallows
  • 6 Digestive Biscuits
  • Icing Sugar (to dust)
  • Raisins or dried fruit
  • Baking Tray & Paper
  • Large Saucepan

How to make Rocky Road…

Step 1: Put the biscuits into a freezer bag, grab your rolling pin and give them a good ol’ bash! Make sure you have a mixture of crumbs and chunks

Step 2: Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a large saucepan over a gentle heat. Constantly stir until there are no lumps of chocolate left and then remove from the heat

Step 3: Take the biscuits, marshmallows, dried fruits, and other ingredients you want to add; pour them into the mixture, and give everything a good stir until it is completely covered

Step 4: Line your baking tray with baking paper, pour the mixture into the tin and smooth with a spatula

Step 5: Pop the tray into the fridge and let it chill for up to 2 hours or until the mixture has set. Finally, remove from the tin, dust with icing sugar and cut into squares before tucking in!

Enjoy!
