  • The LC1100BK has a page yield of approximately 450 pages and the LC1100HYBK has a yield of approximately 900 pages. Please check your printer model before purchase as not all printers will take both types.

    I am not convinced that the quantity of 900 is what this cartridge has given me. I print the notices for church and can calculate what I have used over since 9th August when I purchased my last cartridge. I have printed 740 and today this cartridge ran out and I had to put in a new one from my pack of 4 (I usually keep this as a spare. Perhaps you could give me an explanation. August also happens to be the lightest month for printing as I take two Sundays out for holiday. The quality of the print is not in dispute.

    Delivery of 3 sets of genuine Brother 1100 ink cartridges was prompt. 12 cartridges of 4 colours were ordered for large print run and gave excellent print quality. I haven't tried alternative (cheaper) cartridges for the Brother printer but have had unfortunate results with alternative suppliers for my HP printers in the past. I am very impressed with the packaging and ink dispensing system used in the Brother DCP-6690CW printer and will continue to used genuine Brother cartridges. Pain free! JCPB
