I have decide new toner for kyocera fs-1920. I have make clean printer as manual said me. But my printer said me: Toner low, clean printer. But toner is full and as new. what has hapened see 1 answer

  • It sounds like the printer is not recognising that a new toner is installed. Please remove the cartridge and switch off the printer, leaving it off for about five minutes. Follow the instructions to clean the contacts, and ensure all clips and tabs have been removed from the cartridge before reinstalling into the printer. If you are still experiencing problems, it is likely to be an issue with either the printer or the toner cartridge and you may need to contact Kyocera.
