Xerox DocuColor 3535 toner cartridges 

The Xerox DocuColor 3535 is a business workgroup class colour laser printer, copier, and scanner multi-function machine. This machine has a fast page per minute time that can help any office environment keep productivity high for both colour and monochrome documents. Xerox uses Emulsion Aggregation technology to get a high level of colour depth out of each colour print, leading to a greater degree of professionalism and detail. This multi-function machine is office network capable and has the ability to send scans directly to an email address. While this machine is no longer being made, it may be available used or refurbished from some retailers.

Design

The Xerox DocuColor 3535 works at a resolution of 600 x 600 x 8 dpi using high quality Xerox 3535 toner designed to produce professional level colour. This printer can produce prints and copies at an unusually fast 35 pages per minute. Every paper tray in this machine is capable of handling both regular paper and heavy card stock to create highly detailed prints. Double sided printing is enabled alongside an automatic document feeder to make printing and making copies easy. This is an older multi-function machine, which means it may not function properly with modern operating systems.

Advantages

The DocuColor has a fast print speed and a solid set of features, which would make it a great addition to any office workgroup. This multi-function printer may be a bit older, but it has all of the major features that a modern office needs and a per minute rate that is faster than many other workgroup printers in this class. Xerox DocuColor 3535 cartridges are inexpensive and widely available, making the running costs of this printer relatively low.

Disadvantages

The Xerox DocuColor 3535 is old enough that finding support ant drivers for modern computer systems may be a problem. Unlike many other modern multi-function machines, this printer does not come with a fax option. While this printer may be available for quite a discount due to its age, any office with a newer computer network or planning on upgrading an older network would probably be better off buying something modern.
