Please ensure that any tabs or clips have been removed. If after the tabs have been removed the message still appears please try removing the cartridge(s), turning the machine off for 10 minutes and then try reinstalling the cartridges.

Does the HP Laserjet Pro 400 M451dn supercede the the HP CP2025dn printer? And, are the toner cartridges compatible?
Colour ink toner for Laserjet printers
Unfortunately not, the cartridges for the HP LaserJet Pro 400 Color M451dn are different to the ones required for the HP Colour LaserJet CP2025dn. You'll need the HP 305A toner cartridges for the HP M451dn, whereas you'll need the CC530A/1A/2A/3A toner cartridges for the HP CP2025dn. This yellow HP 305A toner is only compatible with the HP M451dn printer and the other models indicated below.

Very good quality toner cartridges, print beautifully, as always, and have a long print run. I've got used to installing them. I am using the Hewlett Packard laser jet Pro 400 M451dn. Delivery was difficult as I arranged for them to be delivered to a shop in Macclesfield, as I had missed the delivery to my home on Friday. I was away from home all the following day day, as I was working near Macclesfield, and I thought they would be at the shop on Saturday as the shop stays open late and I was informed that they would be delivered that day. The shop didn't have the items and they don't take deliveries on Sundays so I had to wait until Monday to pick them up from the shop. The cartridges are usually delivered to my home address, without any problem, but I had to go out on Friday so I missed the delivery.
