    We can not advise if the printer is compatible with certain software as we do not sell the printers. We only sell the ink cartridges for the machines.

    Its a very easy product to install, the cost is reasonable and the quality of the print itself is excellent. We use the cartridge in a Ricoh printer. The printer can be a bit slow to "wake up" however its a good little printer. I would certainly recommend your services to others as you are fast, friendly and efficient.

    The cartridge is simplicity its self, just pull the old one out, then insert new one, job done. I am surprised that you do not want the old one back so that you could recharge it with new toner, so as to cut down costs. (Just a thought)
