• The toner collection container has become full on our Sharp MX4101N printer. We emptied it but got a message saying "Container will be needed soon. Prepare a new one". Does the container really need to be replaced even if it has been emptied?

  Yes, the MX-301HB waste toner bottle in your Sharp MX-4101N printer needs to be replaced once it's full. They have chips which the printer reads to show levels. If you have emptied the bottle yourself the chip would not have been reset so you need to order a new one.
