However, Brother may need to improve on the construction and cost-effectiveness of the 1840C fax printer.

Design

This multifunction fax unit weighs 5.7kg with a fairly compact frame that measures 11 inches tall, 20.7 inches deep, and 15.3 inches wide. At first glance, the Brother Fax-1840C looks plain, but lifting the flip-top cover reveals a busy control panel with dedicated buttons for the fax and copy functions.
