  • Hi, I've recently purchased two colour cartridges for my Kodak ESP 5210 inkjet printer. With both cartridges, the blue doesn't come through at all. I've repeatedly set it to perform its cleaning tasks but still I get no blue. Can you help please?

    ESP 5210 colour ink quality

I'm very sorry to hear about the problems you've experienced with your cartridges. It's very unusual to receive two cartridges which are both faulty. I would recommend removing the cartridges and blotting them on some tissue paper to check that all five colours are flowing from the cartridge. If there's no cyan coming out, it maybe that the cyan has dried in the ink cartridge or it has not been fully pierced when installed. The cleaning cycle should remove any dried ink, so if you're still not getting any blue prints from these cartridges, I would suggest contacting either Kodak directly or the supplier of the cartridges and hopefully they will be able to help further.

  • I've been sold a Kodak 10B and 10C ink combo pack. Is this correct given that the previous black was Kodak 10XL?

    ESP5210 ink cartridge compatibility

Yes, the (UK model) Kodak ESP 5210 uses the 10B and 10C cartridges. The Kodak 10XL is a high capacity black ink cartridge which can also be used in the ESP 5210 instead of the regular capacity Kodak 10B ink cartridge so it's quite possible that this cartridge was correctly installed and functioning in your printer at an earlIer date.

  • Does the 5210 series colour cartridge fit my ESP 5200 printer?

Suitable colour cartridge for ESP 5200 series

Kodak ESP 5200 is the name of the series that contains the ESP 5210 and ESP 5250 AiO printers. Therefore, we don't list a model under the name ESP 5200. We would recommend checking the specific model name or number of your machine before ordering cartridges although both printers (ESP 5210 / 5250 ) in the ESP 5200 series use the Kodak 10C colour ink cartridge.

  • My black ink cartridge is a Kodak 10XL for Kodak printer ESP5210. What replacements can I use other than a 10LX?

    Black ink for Kodak ESP5210

Any cartridge listed on this page can be used in the Kodak ESP 5210 printer. For black you can essentially use a Kodak 10B standard capacity cartridge or a Kodak 10XL high capacity cartridge. There are other options such as our cheap compatible Kodak 10B ink cartridge which acts as a cheaper alternative to the genuine Kodak 10B ink and we also have twin packs of black cartridges if you want better value for money.

  • Can you supply a printhead for my Kodak All-in-One printer ESP 5210?

    Kodak ESP 5210 consumables

Unfortunately, we only have Kodak ESP 5210 ink cartridges in stock. The printhead units for Kodak printers are usually only available from Kodak so we would suggest that you contact them directly for help in sourcing a replacement printhead for your ESP5210 printer.

  • Hi, can I use Kodak 30XL ink in my Kodak ESP 5210 all-in-one printer please?

Correct ink for Kodak ESP 5210

No, the Kodak ESP 5210 printer uses the Kodak 10 series ink cartridges listed here so you'll need to use a Kodak 10XL ink cartridge rather than a Kodak 30XL ink cartridge in this printer.

Kodak ESP 5210 Printer Review

Expert review of the Kodak ESP 5210 printer

Our Verdict:

Part of Kodak's range of home and small office devices, the ESP 5210 has built-in wireless, a 600dpi flatbed scanner and photocopy functionality. It accepts a number of different memory cards allowing you to print without a PC but it's lack of PictBridge or USB support limits the versatility of this all-in-one printer.

Kodak built the ESP 5210 in the same case as the 5250 with the only difference being the size of the LCD screen which stands at just 4.3cm. On the top of the printer is a single memory card slot which accepts SD and MemoryStick. The paper feeder can hold up to 100 sheets and also doubles up as the output tray which isn't ideal, especially if you need to add more paper during a print job. The back of the printer hosts the USB port which can be used in conjunction with the Wi-Fi.

Print quality is good for text and colour documents. Draft mode, however, suffered slightly from misalignment, but in general, is more than adequate for a draft document. The flatbed scanner is impressive and the colour photocopier produces fairly accurate colours, although text can appear slightly fuzzy in places. The Kodak ESP 5210 inkjet printer also comes with the company's Perfect Touch technology which does a great job of enhancing and automatically correcting digital photographs so they look their best.

The Kodak ESP5210 inkjet printer supports a fairly limited range of memory cards, and as such would benefit from accepting USB and PictBridge. Print speeds could also be improved and are relatively slow in comparison to some of its competitors. The display screen's navigation is difficult and time consuming - drilling down through the menus is painstakingly slow.
