The Xerox WorkCentre 3550XT is a worthy investment for busy work environments. It is a laser printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine in one, providing offices with a reliable unit that does all basic office work efficiently. The Xerox WorkCentre 3550XT multifunction printer offers high input capacity to cope with high print demands, making it a good choice for demanding requirements. However, the WorkCentre 3550XT mono laser printer lacks colour production and it does not support wireless connectivity.

Design

The Xerox WorkCentre 3550XT all-in-one has a neat design. It features a built-in automatic document feeder that can take up as many as 60 pages at a time, along with a built-in duplex unit for automatic double-sided printing. The Xerox WorkCentre 3550XT laser printer also features a speedy fax modem with numerous advanced modes, along with a scanner and copier that produces high-resolution images and copies.

Advantages

Its versatile features are the best selling points of the Xerox WorkCentre 3550XT. It can print directly from USB drives, and scan to file, email or thumb drives. The Xerox 3550XT printer features PC and walkup fax, and allows up to 209 group dial entries and delayed sending and secure receive modes. Additionally, the WorkCentre 3550XT monochrome printer offers network connectivity and impressive print speeds up to 35 pages per minute.

Disadvantages
