The quality is not so good !

I have installed the black and cyan cartridges from this delivery When printing a blue line or text, the cyan image is about 1mm above the magenta image. This is the 3rd reconditioned cartridge for this Canon printer from you that did not work properly. Is there a way of making these cartridges more reliable?

My last order came three days after resulting us loosing money because we could not print on time and when I called but there wasn't much help, I was told because its Christmas time things could delay a bit If there is an issue on the delivery different from the next day, then when on the check out it should highlight that.
