Ordered day 1, arrived day 2, you can't ask for more than that! Genuine product too, so no warranty issues etc with the printer.

Have used return systems in the commercial world but first time as a domestic user, great idea and saves money as well as on waste cartridges in the bin. Also living out in the sticks the door to door service is fast and efficient.

Really happy with this product. Sent old item to lexmark for recycling. This was the cheapest i Found after extensive looking around. Quick delivery too.
