Product works as expected and is easy to fit and competitively priced. Delivery was prompt. But why you cannot pack these products sensibly I don't understand. The box this single toner cartridge was packed in would probably have held 12 or more and required a lot of non recyclable plastic airbags to stop it rattling around. This is a waste of materials and should be addressed.
