I wasn't sure the correct item to order so requested help on LiveChat which was brilliant. The assistant went through account security and then directed me to the correct item via a link so it was all very easy. She also answered my queries that I had regarding our machine. Fantastic service. We've been using Cartridge Save for years, never had an issue, in fact we were sent a 10% off voucher valid for 12 months because they couldn't get it to us next day, brilliant! Can't fault them, fully recommend to anyone looking for great products and prices but more importantly, great Customer Service.
