Super speedy delivery as always and competitively priced. Exactly what I needed and easy to install. You don't need to be a printer technician to be able to change a maintenance cartridge as the instructions are so clear and straightforward!

Although first cartridge purchased appeared to be faulty. This company had no problems sending a replacement free of charge.. fantastic customer service..I only have praise in the way in which my complaint was dealt.
