I had inadvertently ordered replica inks and not genuine ones that I usually ordered. Although the copy inks worked satisfactorily for a month, before an HP s/w update disabled my machine from using them. I called cartridgesave helpline, and explained what had happened; the cartridges were replaced (with cost adjustnent) in a few days. I was delighted with their service, their speed, and understanding.

The cartridges were delivered the day after I ordered and they were cheaper than the other places that I tried.

Superb service as always. Ordered late afternoon and my HP ink cartridges were with me by post the following morning.
