  • I have a Ricoh Aficio SP C311N printer. Can I get it to work on black and white only?

    Ricoh SP C311N replacement toner cartridges

    Please refer to your Ricoh Aficio SP C311N printer manual for help with settings for mono only printing. As far as we're aware, the Ricoh SPC311N is a colour laser printer that will require you to have all four of the black, cyan, magenta and yellow toner cartridges installed with some remaining toner in order for you to print in any colour.

  • I installed this yellow 406351 toner in the way it was supposed to be, but my Ricoh Aficio SP C231sf printer hasn't been working. It said, "Incorrect Install Toner CMYK". What could I do to resove this problem?

    Installing Ricoh 406351 toner failed

    We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your Ricoh 406351 toner cartridge. Ideally, we would like to get you back up and running today so if you can try this brief troubleshooting below, you may be printing again shortly. Of course, if this doesn't work, let us know and we'll look into sending a replacement for you.

    Please remove the cartridges from your printer and switch off your printer at the mains. Please allow the printer to completely shut down so it can reset. In the mean time gently wipe the chip on the cartridge with a dry, lint free cloth to remove any dust or finger prints that may be restricting the cartridge from being read by your printer.

    When your printer has been switched off for a couple of minutes please turn back on and allow to fully re-boot, then re-install the cartridge and try to print.

    Please let us know how you get on so we know how best to proceed.
