I paid £45 for the new Ricoh printer about 15 months ago and have, to date had to have 2Nr. new ink cartridges costing over £140 - they may be "good value" but not in relation to the printer. I now have two empty cartridges which my local pc shop say are not returnable - in an age of recycling, thus seems unacceptable; given the relatively hgih cost of the cartridges, couldn't you send a voucher to cover the postal costs of returning each cartridge to you? The installation was fine, it works perfectly, the print quality is fine and I would recommend you to other folks - but can you try and reduce the price in future please for REPEAT customer? Then it would be excellent
