I expect nothing less than 100% from an OEM cartridge or spare parts. The image drum for my Oki B401d arrived true to form, the correct part and the next day as stated on the website. Installation was exactly as it should be simple and easy and works absolutely fine. I didn't bother to waste my valuable time to shop around for price as Cartridgesave are the best anyway and nearly always in stock for next day delivery [99%]. Only once have I had to wait a couple of days for a toner. Would I recommend them and their products to people? Yes, I would.

Cartridge have staff who are help to help with your printer requirements. I had no idea what the drum was that need replacing. They quickly looked up the relevant part and dispatched it for next day delivery. Excellent service all round.
