Terrible service; promised black toner delivery within 2/3 days; I am still waiting for it some nine days since ordered and paid for While I have to click one star above in fact no stars should apply to the service and I would appreciate my money to be returned forthwith

The First Cartridge came all damages. I called cartridge save and they wanted me to send photos of the damaged cartridge. I asked if I could do on WhatsApp and was told hat they are in a different location and so I had to take photos and transfer to my computer where the official email is and emailed the photos. I was told that a new one will be sent. The new cartridge came a few days later, no packaging at all!! Just a postal label stuck on the box!! They are Original OKI cartridges and a high price is paid and hopefully the print quality will be as to be expected. Not used still. Not very happy for the time I had to spend for something not my fault at all. When I got the return email, I was informed not to put anything on the Box!! wish the supplier did the same when it was first sent to us!
