At first the toner cartridge was rather disappointing as the printing of shades of grey were rather inconsistent and of poor quality, however after removing the cartridge and giving it a good shake and reinstallingit back my Dell B2360dn laser printer the print quality improved the more sheets of paper I printed. Now the print quality is good.
