Unfortunately not received order due to Cartridge Save using courier service rather than Royal Mail. Have been promised compensation in the shape of 10% off next order. Although I explained I wouldn’t be at home (as they had missed the promised delivery date when we were at home!) & offered a ‘safe place’ FPS wouldn’t leave parcel. I don’t know how these companies think we can organise our lives around their deliveries
