I don't normally leave reviews, but I was so impressed by how inexpensive this was, and the speed of delivery (I ordered it in the middle of Friday afternoon for free delivery, and the postman delivered it at 8.00 am the very next morning -even though it was a Saturday)! I had looked beforehand at the HP Printer instruction manual about how to fit this, and was able to install it instantly, and the printer (HP Laserjet Pro M118) worked perfectly straight away. I had been wondering whether it would 'complain' that this wasn't a genuine HP original part, but it didn't! So overall you have a very satisfied customer!
