  Canon CLI-42LGY cartridge replacement

  It might depend on where you purchase the Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer as to whether or not any ink cartridges are supplied with it. As we don't actually sell the printers themselves, we wouldn't be able to advise you whether or not any cartridges will be included. Usually, printers are bundled with a set of starter cartridges which are different to the replacement Canon CLI-42 cartridges that we sell as they are only used to initialise the printer. Once you've used the starter cartridges you can then start using the Canon CLI-42 ink cartridges that we sell for the Canon Pixma Pro-100, such as this genuine Canon CLI-42LGY light grey cartridge.

  We only currently stock genuine Canon CLI-42 ink cartridges for the Pixma Pro-100 printer, such as this genuine Canon CLI42GY light grey ink cartridge.

• Hello, I noticed you previously could not supply compatible cartridges for this printer (I have read that many compatible cartridges have lots of problems in this printer especially with yellow colour), what's changed that means these are now viable instead of canon's genuine? Thanks

  Compatible ink cartridges

  Thank you for your question. We have not heard of any quality issues concerning these cartridges. We now sell the compatible versions as our manufacturer is now capable of supplying them.
