Delivery next day which I was impressed with considering it was CNN ordered later in the day. What I wasn’t impressed with was the fact that it took three phone calls to deduce the fact that as I placed a telephone order I am not able to create an account for next time even though I was told I could, nowhere does it state that it is online orders only. I have ordered from yourselves a number of times and wanted to streamline the reorder, so the automated system you use is flawed as both emails I received arrived as predicted but just not clever enough to differentiate between online and telesales so still can’t order online as I can’t open an account?

Avoid!!!... one of these has totally wrecked our perfectly good HP plotter, and now even after putting genuine cartridges back in again is still refusing to print and just got a big error message on the screen. Not worth the hassle - pay the extra to get genuine!
