The item listed here is a compatible 4 colour Brother DR320CL drum unit. This is a printer maintenance item that doesn't contain any toner and is replaced independently of the four separate toner cartridges. You must install four separate toner cartridges as well as this 4 colour Brother DR320CL compatible drum in order for the printer to work correctly.

The replacement Drum came with instructions on replacing a Toner Cartridge so, after finding installation instructions online, I installed the Drum quite easily.
The price of the replacement Drum was very reasonable, especially when worked out over 25,000 pages.
The print quality is indistinguishable from the original Drum printing on my Brother HL-4150CDN Colour Laser Printer.
I would certainly recommend this replacement to others.
