The price was very good however the printer head would not work so I was sent a replacement again this did not work? however the customer service was excellent Chloe's interaction was outstanding responding to emails and trying to get me back to printing again as a teacher it is imperative that I have a working printer but the printer was unable to be fixed. A full refund was given without any problems Thank you -
