    The cartridge worked straight away. I've no complaints. The only drawback may be the fact my printer (HP DeskJet 2633) doesn't display a changed level of ink now (still the lowest level after ink installation) but since my computer can detect the ink volume, it will hopefully inform me before the ink runs out. The cartridge being a recycled cartridge is a grand idea. I also received 2 envelopes (free post) to dispatch cartridges for recycling, which is another great idea - I've been storing the used ones - so few places to leave them at. I guess one envelope would suffice since I could easily put 5 cartridges inside (the recommendation is to use it for more than one cartridge). However, you can gift a friend with the other envelope for the very purpose.

    I can only comment on the service which as always was excellent. The ink was delivered next day as promised. As the cartridge is in my stock I cannot comment on the quality because previously it did not work on my printer an HP ENVY 5032. I am hopefull you have corrected the problem.
