These really are the best pens in the world in my humble opinion. I was so pleased when I contacted CartridgeSave to ask if I could buy some of their promotional pens as I had already restocked my printer ink early the last time my free pens ran out so I didn't need ink but needed to get hold of some more pens. I half expected not to get a response to my potentially strange question but was overjoyed to get a swift response AND to be told I could buy them in pack of 25 (and at a great price!). The cherry on the top of my 50 pen purchase was still getting an additional pen!!! This company was a great find and really is a breath of fresh air to deal with in the current market place. The website is intuitive, the customer service is prompt, helpful and polite, and it is clearly a customer driven business. Keep up the good work...and consider starting training courses for other businesses!!

I was delighted to be able to buy black ink retractable ballpoint pens even though I no longer buy the cartridges. I phoned them one evening and ordered them and they arrived the next day. What more can I say

The best part of receiving a package from Cartridge Save is the pen that comes with it! It's such a nice pen to write with. Couldn't wait for the next time I order so purchased some separately(now to hide them away, so no one else in the office steals them)!
