I was very impressed at the speed of delivery and the price too but on this occasion it was not simply a matter of replacing the cartridges. My son had a fair bit of trouble getting the printer to print which I'm not sure has happened before. He had to do all sorts of trouble-shooting which would have stumped me.
I wish this printer had a facility for 'not best quality' so that ink would last longer. Have to wait and see how quick ink is used up.

I've never seen "light user" on the packaging of cartridges I've bought before. Are they the same as PG37 and CL38?
What are "light user" Canon PG37 and CL38 inks?
Yes, these are the official Canon PG-37 and CL-38 ink cartridges sold in a multipack. The term "light user" is used on our website to refer to a cartridge that is designed to be used lightly. You'll only find this term applied when there is a choice of ink cartridges available for your printer in different sizes. For instance, the light user PG-37 black ink cartridge will conatin less ink than the standard capacity ink cartridge or the high capacity ink cartridge for your printer and this will be reflected in the price.
