If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Easy to install (once you read the message on the packaging (doh)). Absolutely fine replacement cartridges - I've had several now and they've all gone straight in and worked well without the need to align them. I am particularly a fan of the recycling of the cartridges since they are plastic and not particularly easy to dispose of so hats' off to cartridgesave for their supply of pre-paid envelopes and the re-use service. Pricing is also very competitive cf new cartridges! (BTW - I use them in a Canon TS5151 printer)
