    not working right

    It sounds like there is a bit of dried ink either in the ink cartridge or printhead which is quite common. I would advise to perform a few printhead cleans 2 or 3 this should resolve the issue.

  • I'm a UK citizen living in Pakistan. Here we get cartridges which can be refilled with ink once the ink runs out (Epson XP 312 cartridges aren't available in Pakistan). Since my mum is coming to Pakistan in October, I'm wondering if the compatible T1816 cartridges you're selling can be refilled ? If so, I can request that my mum places an order in the UK and brings the cartridges to Pakistan.

  • I recently purchased an Epson XP-312 printer. Unfortunately, my old printer was a DX4050. I have some cartridges left from the old printer and was wondering if they might work with the new one? Or am I being naive?
