  • I have an Epson XP-610 printer and have bought replacement cartridges from you. They are great, but I need to get the fifth black, slimmer ink cartridge which is numbered "PBK 26". Can you let me know which one this is? Many thanks.

  • Hi , I've just acquired an Epson XP-605 printer (second hand). I've fitted it with a full set of cheap compatible cartridges but the on-board display is stating "cartridge not found" and the computer message says "not a genuine Epson cartridge". I suspect this may also apply to the other four cartridges. My question is, will your cartridges definitely work? Regards , W. Dunn.

    The delivery time was unbelievable. They were delivered the morning after I ordered them. Installation in my Epson XP-605 was brilliantly simple. The price was fantastic compared with the original. Print quality was good. The only problem I had was a very annoying message everytime I tried to print saying that I was using a non original cartridge and this could affect quality. It did not affect quality, only the extra time it took to get rid of this message.
