  • My printer is Brother HL-1212W, it did not work, in computer it said replace toner, so i changed it, but after change it also said replace toner

    toner was replaced but did not work

    You need to manually reset the toner counter. Please find instructions below on how to do this:

    Open the top lid of the printer and leave ajar. Press and hold the “Secure” and “X Cancel” buttons. Use the arrow keys to select the cartridge model you would like to reset and press “OK”. Press the UP arrow to reset the cartridge
