Always a great service - cartridges were dispatched very quickly. They are excellent in my Epson printer - no problems with them at all. They are easy to install and the the print quality is equal to the more expensive Epson cartridges at a fraction of the cost. I love the fact hat the company will compensate me if their cartridges cause any damage to my printer. I have already recommended the company to several friends. Oh! And thank you for the pen you send with each order - I love those too!
