Cannot fault Cartridge Save. The delivery service they use however is pretty appalling. Tried to deliver after hours (although messaged them to put through letter box). They returned the following day (apparently) and said we weren't in (we were and received a photo of a black screen). Their third visit they left outside another office from Friday through to Monday - luckily it was still there Monday morning and it hadn't rained! Received excellent customer service from Chloe at Cartridge Save whilst trying to sort problem out.

Easy on-line ordering and we opted for the free delivery option. Problem though was with Royal Mail. We missed their first delivery on Friday lunchtime unfortunately and they said they would deliver the next working day (Monday). When we contacted them they said they couldn't redeliver until Thursday!! We will pay for delivery in future.
