I was having difficulty with my printer (HP Officejet Pro K550) not giving correct colour when printing so I asked for help/advice which was very helpfully given. Unfortunately the advice did not solve the problem. I was then sent a free replacement cartridge for the suspect yellow one. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I was then advised to try to get a genuine HP yellow cartridge from someone else as Cartridgesave don't stock HP cartridges. I am still waiting for this other firm to deliver so that I can try and see if that solves the problem. Cartridgesave have been most helpful and have even credited me with the cost of the replacement cartridge for the one I had originally purchased. Installation was easy, original price was good, generally print quality was good Certainly I would recommend them as being a very helpful firm with very speedy delivery.

Ordered a new 'compatible' cartridge for my HP printer which unfortunately did not work. Contacted them and they were very helpful, ran through a few checks with them to see if we could get it to work but when no joy they agreed to send a replacement which arrived the following day ... and worked. Great service.

Compatible High Capacity Yellow HP 88XL Ink Cartridge - (HP C9393AE)... does exactly what it says on the box.... this and all of the compatible cartridges sold by Cartridge Save in this range work perfectly in my HP 7780 All-in-One Printer and at a fraction of the cost of cartridges from HP. Let's face it the compatible cartridges are recycled HP cartridges remanufactured so they are HP OEM quality. I no longer think about the cost of printing. Combined with the price and service from Cartridge Save, you are on to a winner with these.

Installation was simple, price and print quality good with my HP Office Pro K5400. I am delighted with the fast, efficient delivery and would certainly recommend to others.
