Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Sent for and recieved the following day. HP compatable Toner. Well packaged. Fitted straight into my HP Laserjet 200 MFP. Worked perfectly with good quality printing. Excellent price and will recommend CartridgeSave to others.

First off, I'm not affiliated with Cartridge Save in any way and I don't know anyone who works there. My wife and I always use Cartridge Save toners in our HP Printers. The product is excellent and the price saves us a lot of money. when the cartridge arrived I dul installed it and tested it at 4.45pm last Friday. Unfortunately it was faulty. I duly contacted Cartridge Save. At that time on a Friday I wasn't expecting a reply until the Monday as it was nearly closing time. To my delight, I received a timeous reply within the hour and as I'd sent a test print from my printer they saw what te problem was and told me that they'd despatch a replacemnt on the next working day, Monday and it would arrive on the Tuesday. True to Jasmin's word, it arrived at 12.00 mid-day on the Tuesday. this is what I call service and it's way beyond what I expected. Anyone can buy anything and it can be faulty, the true service of a service industry is following up on a problem and eradicating it for the customer. I'll will always use Cartridge Save as my supplier not just for the product and the price but also for the service, second to none.
