Cartridgesave have been their usual excellent service on my last order. Over the years I have never had a `dud' toner toner cartridge from them and when I come to use these colour cartridges that I have just received I know they will be perfect and economical for their work. Mick B

What an excellent company. I messed up my cartridge order but was not able to speak to anyone as it was Bank Holiday. I sent an email to Customer services and left a voicemail. Someone in despatch picked up the voicemail and corrected the order before Chris in Customer Services had a chance to reply. The correct order arrived the next day. Fantastic service. Thanks all.

Compatible cartridges are great as they are cheap and last as long as the original ones.

Three replacement toner cartridges were ordered for my colour laser printer and arrived the next day as promised. One was faulty, having a "sticky" moving part. This gave me the need to test Cartridge Save's after-sales service, which was excellent. They provided very clear instructions for the freepost return and the money was back in my account almost immediately. In the course of this, I phoned them too and the staff member was incredibly helpful, efficient and polite. Highly recommended.
