Ordering was quick and easy and delivery was fast. The cartridges are cheaper than the originals and the quality as good as. I have a Canon MP610 although old works perfectly with the product. I would and have recommended Cartridgesave.

I have a Canon MP600 printer which I use for making personalised cards for most occasions. I tried cartridgesave cartridges to try to reduce the printing costs. I had some doubts about them when they didn't light up when placed in the correct position in the print head. I ran a deep cleaning and colour check programme and all the colours then started to work correctly but the fault lights still would not work. However, the printing now seems to be fine apart from being a more pastel shade than the Canon original cartridges. It could be that the printer has been out of action recently and needs to be used more regularly. I did report the problem to Cartridgesave who responded immediately. Their customer service was great and Beth gave me good advice and replaced the two full sets I had ordered previously. I will continue to use Cartridgesave but will reserve further judgement until I have had more experience of their results in the future. If the product is as good as the customer service, I shall have no further worries.

Colours are not as sharp as desired. None of the cartridges for my Canon MP600 light up to show they have been fitted correctly. Cartridges for my Canon pixima ip 4950 do light up and show they are fitted correctly but the printer will not work and continues to give the flashing signal that the cartridges are not properly fitted
