The cartridges were very good value compared to the genuine Samsung ones. I have not tried them yet, but hopefully they will work fine. The order arrived promptly.

First time using generic Toner cartridges. Delivery was prompt and installation was not a problem. Seems to work OK so time will tell.

It was very easy to identify the correct cartridges for my printer and very easy to order. I chose non OEM cartridges having read positive reviews on the website. I chose Cartridge Save having read positive reviews on Trust Pilot. I have yet to instal the first cartridge into my Samsung colour laser printer so I cannot give a first hand account of product quality. But I am optimistic. What could have been better? Order before 5pm and receive your shipment the next day did not work. It arrived the day after that. Mind you, I ordered at 4pm on a Sunday! Talking of which, I’m completely this survey at 4pm on a Sunday. This survey was the first and only email communication I received from Cartridge Save. And yes, I did check my spam. I was however overwhelmed with text messages and emails from Royal Mail. So it’s 4 stars not 5 this time Cartridge Save. Must try harder!!
