I had trouble with the first imaging unit but a replacement was delivered very promptly with no quibbles and this worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed with the first drum you sent me, on opening it I got covered in black toner which to ages to clean up and had to change my office rug, when I put it in the printer I had a grey printed mess and repeat print. The second unit works well so thanks for replacing it

Bought for my Samsung CLP325W colour laser printer which has given me many year's service. Installation was simple and the print quality is now as good as new. I was initially unsure about buying a 'compatible' part rather than genuine one,but I have been very pleased with my decision and would recommend Cartridge Save for excellent value and its fast next-day delivery.
