I have used Cartridge World for a few years now and they are very professional and the product received is always as expected. I had a delivery with a HP cartridge missing, but the company rectified this immediately and the cartridge was sent by courier within a few hours. We like the free pens they sometimes pop in the parcel too - I hope they are still sending these as it’s a very positive addition to the purchasing experience
