I can’t praise Cartridge Save and it’s Customer Services highly enough. Being a new user of a Laser Printer I inadvertently ordered a Printer Drum Unit rather than the Toner Unit I needed. On contacting Customer Service, I was told not to worry and in accordance with the company’s No Quibble Guarantee I would receive a full refund, which arrived within hours. In addition , with the assistance of Customer Service I ordered the Toner Cartridge, which arrived the next day. I can’t recommend Cartridge Save highly enough. Chris K

I can’t recommend Cartridge Save Customer Service highly enough. Being a new laser printer user , I inadvertently ordered and received a Drum Unit, rather than the Toner Unit, I needed. I contacted Customer Services explaining the problem. Without any hesitation I was told not worry and told I would receive a full refund, which was received the following day. In addition , with the assistance of Customer Service, I ordered the Toner unit I needed, which was also delivered the following day. In my opinion Cartridge Save Customer Service is exceptional and highly commendable. Chris K

Only just put cartridge in printer, had to get someone to do it for me, but, that is only because I not very good with computers. Price was excellent, print is good. Would recommend this to others.

I recently switched to using CartidgeSave for all my printer needs (I have a Brother DCP1610W printer). Their site is easy to navigate, the prices are unbeatable, and the delivery is as fast as it gets. And, of course, the products work perfectly - at least as good as the branded versions! Very highly recommended.
