Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

On 1st December last my computer displayed a notice to the effect that I needed a 'new drum'. When I entered into a 'chat' on line I received the reply from Rebecca Condal about cartridges rather than drums. I then telephoned Cartridge Save and was told that the drum was part of the cartridge and I therefore ordered a set of four. I was also told that I would be sent a diagram. Everything arrived very promptly the day afterwards and I am very grateful to you for your help. After a lengthy struggle to reassemble everything I eventually persuaded the machine to make copies but am still not confident that I have done this correctly as the machine continues to tell me about the 'drum' needing replacement. I will struggle onwards hoping against hope that it does not give up the ghost again. There are four drum units but the instructions seem to refer to one.

Arrived promptly next day and the print quality is now much better! Would recommend
